Disconnected numbers

If your prepaid service in Lebara gets disconnected, your mobile number will be in quarantine for 6 months. During this period, you will not be able to hold Rights of Use for your number, however, it can’t be assigned to anyone else.

If your number was allocated to you by Lebara, the number can be reassigned to someone else after the 6-month period.

If your number was allocated to you by your old provider, the number will be returned to your original provider at the end of the 6-month period so they can reissue it to someone else.

If your number is disconnected due to harassment, your old number will need 12 months in quarantine instead of 6 months before it can be reassigned.
